We appreciate that purchasing shutters is not a quick decision but we can talk you through the options and the costs of each product to ensure you are happy with your final choice. As we are a small independent business, we won’t give you any long sales pitches or try and persuade you to buy anything you don’t want or need. We can complete a first survey and discuss your requirements in as little as 15 minutes but obviously we are more than happy to stay and chat if you have questions.
Initial Shutter Survey
Our service consists of an initial discussion about your requirements, if you are happy to
progress to a quote, we will visit your house and conduct an initial survey which we will
use as a basis for obtaining an initial quote for you which we will email to you. Once we have submitted your quote, a simple phone call or email
to confirm you wish to go ahead is all that is required along with a 75% deposit, your bespoke shutters will then be ordered and we will give you an expected
Second Shutter Survey
If you are happy to proceed then we will send one of our trained fitters out to do a more detailed survey and discuss the finer details of the fitting such as whether the shutters will be 3 or 4 sided frames.
Delivery & Installation
Once your plantation shutters arrive with us, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date for our fitter to install your shutters,
and at this point we will ask for the remaining balance to be paid.
Installation usually takes between half a day and a full day depending on the number of shutters you have ordered.
